Exchanges/Returns

Our exchange and return policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have passed since your purchase, we can’t offer you an exchange. We do not issue refunds. 

Exchanges are accepted for incorrect design and/or personalization on our part or physically damaged product. Please check your sizes and designs carefully before placing orders.

If you request an exchange, it will be of the same design and/or personalization as the original order. Once your item is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item.

Shipping returns

To return your product, you should mail your product to: 808 McAllister Street Hanover, PA 17331

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. We do not guarantee the item will arrive back to us so you may want to purchase tracking to ensure it’s delivery. 

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.
