Wolf Pack Creations produces handcrafted, small-batch sublimation gifts — including tumblers, ceramic mugs, mouse pads, license plates, T-shirts, and related accessories — all made to order. Because many of our products are custom-printed or personalized, special return rules apply (see Section 3).
Our goal is 100% satisfaction. If you experience an issue with your order, please contact us within 10 calendar days of delivery so we can make it right.
2. Eligibility Window
You must request a return, exchange, or refund within 10 days of delivery (based on carrier tracking).
After 10 days, we can’t guarantee approval, but we’ll always review exceptional cases.
3. Items That Cannot Be Returned
Because of their made-to-order nature, we cannot accept returns for:
Custom-printed or personalized items (name, photo, logo, color, or design customization).
Digital downloads or design proofs.
Items damaged by misuse, neglect, or normal wear.
Clearance or “final sale” items clearly marked as non-returnable.
If your order arrives defective or incorrect, we will replace or refund it (see Section 5).
4. Eligible Returns (Non-Personalized Items)
Standard, non-custom products may be returned within 10 days if:
They are in new, unused condition; and
All original packaging and inserts are included.
Buyer is responsible for return shipping unless the product arrived damaged or defective.
5. Damaged / Defective / Wrong Item
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect:
We’ll issue a Return Authorization (RA) number and instructions.
Ship the item to the address we provide.
Once received and inspected, we’ll notify you of approval and process the refund/replacement within 5 business days.
Unapproved returns, COD shipments, or items sent without an RA number may be refused.
7. Refund Method
Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method (credit card, PayPal, or other) within 5–7 business days of inspection. Depending on your card issuer, it may take an additional 3–5 days to appear on your statement.
8. Exchanges
If you ordered the wrong item and it’s eligible for exchange (non-personalized, unused), contact us within 10 days. Customer pays return shipping; we cover shipping for the replacement.
9. Shipping Costs
Original shipping costs are non-refundable unless the item was damaged or our error.
For orders qualifying for Free Shipping (over $25), any return that brings the order below that threshold will have the original shipping cost deducted from the refund.
10. Late or Missing Refunds
If you haven’t received a refund after 10 business days:
Re-check your payment account.
Contact your card issuer; it may take additional time to post.
