This Privacy Policy explains how Wolf Pack Creations collects, uses, and shares personal information when you visit wolfpackcreations.com, place an order, request a quote, submit artwork, create an account, or contact us.

Information we collect

If you provide another person’s information for a gift or custom product, please provide only what is needed and ensure you have permission or another appropriate legal basis to share it.

How we use information

We use information to process payments; calculate shipping and tax; prepare proofs and personalized products; fulfill orders; arrange delivery or pickup; communicate about quotes, orders, and support; handle returns and disputes; maintain business and tax records; protect against fraud and spam; and understand and improve website performance and the shopping experience.

Submitting an inquiry or placing an order does not by itself subscribe you to a marketing mailing list. We do not use customer-submitted photos or artwork in advertising without separate permission.

Payment processing

We use WooPayments and its payment-processing partners, including Stripe, to process payments. Information needed to authorize and support a payment, including billing, transaction, device, and fraud-prevention information, is shared with the relevant payment providers.

Our store does not store your full card number or card security code in its WordPress database. We may retain payment references and limited card details, such as card brand and last four digits, for order management. A saved payment option uses a provider-issued reference rather than a full card number stored by our store.

Cookies, analytics, and order attribution

Our website uses cookies and similar technologies to operate the cart, maintain sessions and account sign-ins, remember relevant choices, support security, and provide visitor statistics. Blocking essential cookies may prevent cart, account, or checkout functions from working correctly.

We use Google Analytics 4 (GA4), provided by Google and installed through Rank Math, to understand website usage and improve our store. Google Analytics uses cookies and similar technologies to collect information such as device and browser details, pages visited, referring sites, approximate location, and online identifiers. Google processes this information to provide website usage reports. Google states that GA4 does not log or store individual IP addresses; IP addresses are used during collection to derive approximate location information.

You can limit Google Analytics collection in supported desktop browsers by installing the Google Analytics Opt-out Browser Add-on. This add-on does not prevent collection by our other website services or replace any legally required cookie choices.

WooCommerce order attribution can associate a purchase with a referring website or campaign and session information to help us understand how shoppers find us. This store feature is separate from Google Analytics.

Our current marketing setup uses analytics rather than advertising pixels or remarketing. Analytics providers and other embedded services may recognize a browser across visits or other websites, depending on their technologies, settings, and your choices. Browser privacy controls and content blockers may limit some collection. Where our site presents cookie preferences, you can use those controls; where legally required, nonessential technologies must be subject to appropriate consent or opt-out controls.

Legacy browser “Do Not Track” signals do not automatically change our standard website operations. This is distinct from legally recognized opt-out signals, such as Global Privacy Control, which we will honor where applicable law requires. You can also contact us with privacy requests.

Contact forms and spam protection

Information submitted through our forms is used to answer your inquiry and provide requested services. Messages may be processed and retained in our website systems, email accounts, and backups.

We use Google reCAPTCHA to help protect forms against spam and abuse. This service processes technical and interaction information, which may include IP address, browser or device details, cookies, and activity used to evaluate whether a visitor is human.

When we share information

We share information as needed with service providers that help us operate the business, including website and email hosting, payment processing, delivery carriers, analytics, security, content delivery, technical support, and backups. Our infrastructure includes Hostinger, QUIC.cloud, and ManageWP. Authorized people assisting with orders or site administration may access information needed for their work.

We may also disclose information when required by law, to respond to valid legal requests, or as reasonably necessary to investigate fraud, resolve disputes, and protect rights or safety. We do not sell or rent customer contact lists. Service providers may also process information for their own legal, security, and other purposes described in their applicable privacy notices.

Public reviews and external links

If you submit a product review for publication, its text and displayed reviewer name may be visible to other visitors. Do not include private contact, payment, or other sensitive information in a public review.

External links, including links to social media, take you to services with their own privacy practices. Visiting those services is subject to their policies.

Retention and security

We retain information as needed for orders, customer service, account management, tax and accounting obligations, disputes, fraud prevention, and other legitimate business or legal needs. Retention depends on the record type, applicable requirements, and our system settings. Copies may remain in backups until those backups expire or are replaced under the relevant backup schedule.

We use reasonable technical and administrative safeguards appropriate to our business. No website, email system, or transmission method can guarantee complete security. Please avoid sending sensitive information that is unnecessary for your order.

Your choices and privacy requests

You can update available account information through My Account or contact us to request access, correction, a copy, or deletion of your personal information. Additional rights may apply depending on where you live and applicable law. We may need to verify your identity and retain records required for legal obligations, security, transactions, or disputes. We respond within applicable legal deadlines and explain any relevant limitations.

To submit a request, email info@wolfpackcreations.com with the subject “Privacy Request.” Provide enough information to identify the relevant account or order, but do not send passwords or full payment-card details. You may use an authorized agent where permitted by law.

Children and international visitors

Our website is intended for general shoppers and is not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information directly from children under 13. Contact us if you believe a child has provided personal information directly so we can investigate and take appropriate action.

We operate in the United States. Our service providers may process information in the United States or other countries, where privacy laws may differ from those in your location. Applicable legal protections continue to apply; using our website does not waive your rights.
