These Terms and Conditions apply to purchases from Wolf Pack Creations through our website, by email, or through an accepted custom or bulk-order quote. Please review these terms and our Refund and Returns Policy before ordering. Any order-specific terms must be agreed in writing before payment. Nothing in these terms limits rights or remedies provided by applicable law.
Orders and product information
Please provide accurate contact information, delivery addresses, product selections, sizes, quantities, and personalization details. Contact us promptly if something needs correction. Changes may affect pricing and completion dates and may not be possible after production or shipment.
We aim to describe our products accurately. Minor variations in print placement, color, and finish may occur during production, and screen colors may differ from printed colors. These variations do not excuse material defects or products materially different from their description or an agreed specification.
Follow the care instructions supplied with your product. Ask us before purchase if you need a particular material, fit, care method, or use.
Pricing and payment
Prices are in U.S. dollars unless expressly stated otherwise. Applicable taxes and shipping charges are disclosed before payment. Discounts, custom pricing, and quote-specific arrangements apply only to the order for which they were offered.
Standard website orders require payment at checkout. For quoted custom and bulk orders, our standard schedule is a 50% deposit, with the remaining balance due upon completion and before shipment or pickup, unless we agree otherwise in writing. Deposits apply toward the order total.
Any separate design fee, rush fee, or special cancellation charge must be disclosed and agreed before payment. A deposit is not automatically nonrefundable merely because it is called a deposit. Cancellations and refunds are handled under our Refund and Returns Policy and applicable law.
Submit payments through the payment options we provide. Please do not email card numbers or other sensitive payment credentials.
Custom designs and proof approval
For custom orders requiring a proof, we will request your approval before production. Review all spelling, names, dates, images, colors, sizes, quantities, and placement carefully. Written approval by email or another agreed method authorizes production using that proof.
For personalized products ordered without a separate proof, the details submitted with the order serve as your production instructions. Please contact us before ordering if you require a proof or a specific design arrangement.
If we accurately reproduce your submitted information or approved proof, customer errors do not qualify for a free remake or refund. We can quote revisions or replacement products. Errors made by Wolf Pack Creations are addressed under our Refund and Returns Policy.
Customer-supplied artwork and permissions
By submitting artwork, photographs, logos, names, or other content, you confirm that you own it or have the permissions or other legal rights needed for us to reproduce it for your order, including any required permissions from identifiable people.
You authorize Wolf Pack Creations to use and make reasonable production-related adjustments to that content as necessary to prepare proofs and fulfill your order. You retain your ownership rights. This authorization does not grant us permission to use your submitted content in advertising; we will seek separate permission for that use.
We may request evidence of permission or decline content we reasonably believe is unlawful or infringes another person’s rights. Purchasing a finished product does not by itself transfer copyright in our original artwork or third-party licensed designs, or include editable design files.
Production, shipping, and local pickup
Production time and carrier transit time are separate. Review any timeframe stated on the product page, at checkout, or in your accepted quote. Tell us about event dates or other deadlines before ordering; we must expressly agree to any guaranteed deadline.
For custom orders, we will explain how required payment, complete instructions, and proof approval affect the agreed production schedule. If we cannot ship within the applicable timeframe, we will notify you and provide the delay-consent, cancellation, and refund options required by law. Custom-order restrictions do not override those rights.
For local pickup, wait for our ready-for-pickup notice and arrange collection with us. Notify us promptly of a missing delivery, shipping damage, or an address error so we can investigate and arrange an appropriate resolution. A carrier’s delivery scan does not automatically waive your legal rights.
Cancellations, returns, and order problems
Our Refund and Returns Policy explains return eligibility, custom-order restrictions, cancellations, damage claims, and refunds. Contact us before sending merchandise back.
If we discover an availability problem or a material pricing or listing error, we will contact you before proceeding with a different product or price. We will not charge an increased price or substitute a product without your agreement. If we cannot fulfill the order as agreed and you do not accept an alternative, we will cancel the affected portion and refund payments for it.
Privacy
We use customer information to process payments, fulfill orders, communicate about purchases, and provide support. Please review our website’s Privacy Policy for details about personal information, cookies, and third-party services.
Questions and updates
Contact us first with questions or concerns so we can work toward a resolution. These terms do not require arbitration or waive your right to use available consumer remedies. Updates apply to future orders; the terms presented when your order was placed continue to govern that order unless we both agree otherwise or the law requires otherwise.
